GHA Receives New Equipment for Theatres
The GHA says it’s delighted that the new equipment purchased for operating theatres has begun to arrive in Gibraltar.
Update On Water Pressure/Supply Issues
Last night AquaGib finalised the works required to bring the 4th reverse osmosis unit at the Governor’s Cottage site online following the fire at Powers Drive Tunnel. This means AquaGib are back to 100% production capability, enabling them to build stock levels at the Waterworks reservoirs.
AquaGib Addresses Customer Water Quality Concerns
Following the fire at Power’s Drive Tunnel and the subsequent interruptions, AquaGib says there have been a number of concerns raised by customers since supplies have been restored. AquaGib says it would like to take this opportunity to address some of the common concerns raised regarding the quality of water in its network.
A&E ‘Live Feed’ of Waiting Times Now Online
The GHA says it’s pleased to launch an online ‘live feed’ of waiting times at Accident & Emergency at St Bernard’s Hospital. This web page is designed to inform members of the public of the current longest time that they can expect to wait before being treated at A&E, if their case is not urgent or life-threatening. Everyone presenting at A&E will continue to be triaged as normal.
