Mr Speaker, it is an honour to rise to this floor once again today, as Minister for Transport to give my Budget Address. I will start, with my Ministerial responsibilities for Technical Services.
Mr Speaker, this has been a difficult year for the Technical Services department following the Covid-19 pandemic and the uncertainties raised by the ongoing Brexit negotiations.
The Gibraltar Heritage Trust is inviting nominations from the public for this year’s round of Heritage Awards.

Mr Speaker. Yesterday the People of Gibraltar had their collective pockets picked by this Government in order to cover the mismanagement of the 2021/22 Budget which has resulted in the need to borrow an extra £50 million.
This is my 22nd Budget speech and my 11th as a Government Minister.
I will start by giving a synopsis of what has been achieved over the last year and explain some of the things we intend to do this coming year in relation to my areas of responsibility these being Industrial Relations, Housing, Employment, Youth and Sport.
