The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
Governor’s Meadow First School recently held a Harvest Assembly. As part of the Harvest Day Assembly, pupils and staff were given the opportunity to bring into school non-perishable food to donate to the ‘Open Hands Trust’. This is a charity which runs a food bank that helps local families with deliveries of groceries.
Retired teacher Freddie Poggio took the first prize in yesterday evening’s Gibraltar International Art Exhibition.
The Gibraltar International Art Exhibition, organised by the Ministry of Culture in association with the Gibraltar Cultural Services, is being held at the Gustavo Bacarisas Gallery. The Minister for Sports, Culture, Heritage and Youth, Steven Linares officially opened the exhibition yesterday.
The Gibraltar Classic Vehicle Association (GCVA) has been accepted as a full member of FIVA (Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens). Membership was ratified at the AGM held in Budapest, Hungary last weekend. The GCVA were represented at the FIVA AGM by Howard Danino, President of the GCVA and Vice-President John Alcantara.
