The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
Overnight the situation has remained stable. Continuous monitoring has been in place throughout the night, with presence on-scene by anti-pollution assets.Additional monitoring by drone and land based thermal imaging assets have revealed no significant changes to the situation.
