The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
The Government has today awarded an Advanced Works Contract to the joint venture between NWG Commercial Services Limited (Northumbrian Water) and Modern Water, which covers the design and survey work required for final planning and environmental approvals as well as preliminary site works for the treatment of sewage in Gibraltar.
