Gibraltar Cultural Services, on behalf of the Ministry of Culture, have announced Gibraltar's inaugural participation at this year’s London Book Fair. Scheduled from March 12th to 14th.

In December 2023, millions of lentil-sized plastic pellets spilled into Galician waters from the charter vessel Toconao. The Nautilus Project has been conducting shoreline monitoring over the last few weeks and have found possible nurdles from the Galician incident.
Blue Light Association “Disappointed” By Commissioner Ullger’s Comments
The Blue Light Association says it is “disappointed” by the comments made by Mr. Richard Ullger, the Commissioner of Police in his press release of 11th February 2024 in relation to the Gibraltar Police Federation Survey.
Testing Of HM Naval Base Alarms
The public is advised that, as part of routine testing, HM Naval Base will be testing its Nuclear Emergency Response Organisation (NERO) alarm.
Testing is scheduled to take place on Friday 23rd February between 0900 hrs and 1400 hrs. Members of the public should not be concerned, and no action is required.
