The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
The Gibraltar Police authority, which each year is tasked with developing the Annual Policing Plan for Gibraltar, is once again asking for the publics participating in filling in a questionnaire.
In response to the GSD’s recent statement on their invitation to appear on GBC’s Viewpoint yesterday evening the Government has insisted that GBC ‘is bound to implement the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority’s Code on due accuracy, due impartiality and due prominence when assembling a panel for debate that includes political representation.’
