The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
The Information Commissioner has published a report relating to the results of the privacy awareness survey carried out in schools in Gibraltar during the 2021/22 academic year (the “Survey”). The Survey examined the relationship between the use of digital technology, social networking sites and privacy controls amongst Year 5, 7, 9 and 11 students from local schools, including level 1 and 2 students from the Gibraltar College.
Following Monday’s meeting of the Spanish Council of Ministers, the Government has announced that the Spanish Government has decided not to extend the reciprocal healthcare arrangements that were previously extended to last until 30th June 2022.
