The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
Together Gibraltar have issued a statement highlighting issues within the Eastside deal “that require further analysis”. The party has also stated that it “looks forward to receiving full disclosure of the terms and conditions of the deal, ideally before it is signed and binding”.
Last Friday evening, at around 20:30 Gibraltar suffered a major power outage which effectively resulted in some 75% of the community being left with any power.
