The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
The Gibraltar Contingency Council, chaired jointly by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and the Governor Vice Admiral Sir David Steel, convened at noon today at No 6 Convent Place. The Deputy Chief Minister Joseph Garcia and Minister for the Port Vijay Daryanani also attended.
