The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
Last night’s fire was lit deliberately, claims reports in Spanish press. The blaze was finally extinguished this morning at approximately 10:30am, after it had destroyed much of the land around the San Roque Club estate, and the A-7 motorway, which was closed off at around 1am.
