The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”

The Dialysis Unit in St Bernard’s Hospital has been renamed in honour of the late Douglas Ferro in recognition of his work to establish a renal care facility in Gibraltar. Mr Ferro was a Member and Vice President of the Gibraltar Dialysis Patients and Friends’ Association.
The last remaining teenager who was rescued at sea in July earlier this year will be sent back to Morocco, it was decided at the Magistrates’ Court today.
