The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
As part of the Government’s six year plan to upgrade Gibraltar’s ageing sewage system, recent works have been carried out along Line Wall Road to fit a sleeve inside the former sewage line. Minister with responsibility for Technical Services, Paul Balban explained today that the sleeve is to be placed inside the sewage system and is made of a material that becomes extremely durable when liquid of a certain temperature passes through it.
The Gibraltar FA says it notes the comments attributed to Lee Johnson, the Oldham Athletic Manager, suggesting that he was approached, by an agent, to come out of retirement and play for Gibraltar.
