The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”

The Chief Minister indulged in “undignified gloating” following the announcement yesterday that the Chief Justice had dismissed claims against the Government made by the former GSD minister Louis Montiel. This is according to a letter from Mr Montiel, which was sent to the press earlier this morning.
