The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
The Musicians Association of Gibraltar (MAG) has urged the community to display consideration towards buskers. The call follows an incident yesterday during which a busker raising money for charity was asked to move on by the RGP.
The ERG has wished the Gibraltar community a "very happy Christmas and New Year" in their Christmas Message. The group has also congratulated the RGP on it's internal work into developing the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Strategy; and the vital Zero Tolerance policy to hate crime.
The Gibraltar Defence Police have commenced this year’s Help the Needy at Christmas campaign. They are encouraging the community to provide items of need which will be distributed to local families currently experiencing financial challenges. Ideal donations include shower gels, deodorants, shaving items, socks, underwear, female hygiene products, scarves, woolly hats, mince pies, biscuits, crisps, soft drinks and small toys.
