The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
The GSD says the Government has gone into “complete silent mode” not just with issues such as the floating barge and failed airline routes, but also with regards to the appointment of the CEO to the Gibraltar Tourist Board.
Last Friday, as part of the celebrations organised by the GHA to celebrate World Mental Health Day, the GHA’s Mental Health Services organised an awareness event which took place at the Midtown Park. The event was opened by the Minister for Health, Samantha Sacramento and the GHA’s Consultant Psychiatrist, Dr Ashim Bettadapura. A number of activities were organised which aimed to engage the community and raise awareness about the importance of mental health and well-being.
The GHA yesterday successfully completed the first day of the COVID-19 booster vaccine campaign for eligible members of the public and health and care staff.
