13 local primary and secondary teachers were recently awarded Masters Degrees in Educational Leadership and Management, by the University of Durham. The successful teachers were today congratulated by Education Minister Gilbert Licudi. 6 were awarded distinctions and another 5 were awarded merits. The course provides teachers with an understanding of the importance of leadership within schools and was designed in partnership with the Department of Education, specifically for the local context.

Last week a GFA EGM was held and a decision was made on the uncertainty of National Team coach Allan Bula’s future with the association.
