The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
A young woman was handed a 12 month sentence suspended for two years after pleading guilty to wounding a woman with a glass outside a nightclub. Syanne Guiling, 21, threw a glass at the victim causing significant bruising and a small cut to her face. The incident dates back to April of last year.
