The GHA has highlighted that it operates a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive language and behaviour directed towards staff and patients. To support this policy following a number of recent incidents, the GHA has launched a poster and social media campaign with the message ‘there is no excuse for abuse’.
A local man has been given a suspended sentence after being caught with £471 of cocaine and cannabis at his home.
Today a local driver was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £400 after pleading Guilty of Driving a Motor Vehicle with Alcohol Concentration above the Prescribed Limit.
