The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
Seasoned local chess player Freddie Poggio once again took the Gibraltar prize in the amateurs section of the Tradewise Chess Festival. The annual festival, which is held at the Caleta Hotel, ends today.
Minister Albert Isola yesterday addressed the guests at the Gibraltar Day Lunch in Zurich. Around 125 people attended the lunch, about 100 of them being Swiss-based professionals in the areas of asset management / funds as well as members of the insurance sector.
