10:10am - CM announces this is his 3rd Budget Speech as the leader of his GSLP/ Liberal Administration and 11th as a Member of Parliament. He highlighted the achievements of his Government in the past two and a half years. He went on to praise the service of Parliament staff for their work in making Parliamentary proceedings transparent for the public.
Today saw the second Gibraltar Darts Trophy officially open its doors with the qualifying rounds. The European Tour event held in the Tercentenary Hall is being streamed online worldwide, and features 48 players.
