The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
The GSD says the Government’s response to their concerns with regard to the news that St Martin’s school is full to capacity is "nothing other than futile party political bluster".
In reply to the GSD's recent statement, the Government has highlighted that St Martin’s school was built so it could possibly be enlarged with a new floor and says that it is "something which will be considered if the intake trend continues".
