The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
Reports published today in Europa Sur and other ‘Grupo Joly’ publications have made ‘entirely erroneous’ claims that the Gibraltar Government has enforced the obligation of employees in the private sector to disclose any previous criminal convictions to employers.

The Light will be presented by the Scouts’ Association (Gibraltar Branch), as has now become traditional, following its collection, this year, from the Movimiento Scouts Catolicos in La Linea de la Concepcion.
