The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
Two 5-a-side matches were played yesterday evening featuring a team from No. 6 Convent Place against teams of Special Athletes. No. 6 narrowly won the first match 6-5 and the second match was a 2-2 draw. A spokesperson said: “Both were played in a great spirit with lots of atmosphere being provided by the sizeable crowd.”
The riders who undertook the charity bicycle ride from Fatima to Gibraltar will this evening be presenting two cheques at Champions Planet in Marina Bay.
