Last night Chief Minister Fabian Picardo's New years Speech was broadcast on GBC TV. Within the speech Picardo touched upon the state of Gibraltar's finances, claiming they are amongst 'the strongest in the world' and the potential for a change in relationship with the EU, depending on the result of the UK's General Election this May. This file purports to be a “PDF” file. Files of this type are commonly associated with text documents.
