The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
The Chief Minister, Fabian Picardo, visited the Financial Services Commission (“FSC”) offices today. The FSC is the regulator of the Gibraltar financial services market, regulating providers of financial services conducted in both Gibraltar and other jurisdictions.
A major art exhibition is being planned by the Gibraltar Cultural Services on behalf of the Ministry of Culture. This exhibition will celebrate the artistic life of Gibraltarian artist Mario Finlayson BEM, now considered the doyen of Gibraltar’s fine arts, having dedicated his whole life to the cause.
Marc Timmer, UEFA’s Head of Stadia and Security, will be visiting Gibraltar on Wednesday the 10th December to carry out an assessment on all of the facilities at the Victoria Stadium in relation to their suitability to host all UEFA sanctioned football matches.
