The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”

The GSD says it is concerned about reports reaching it about “last-minute plans” in preparation for the start of the academic year spanning across a series of areas. The Opposition seeks that the Government explain “why they have been the subject of such inexcusable delay.”
