Below follows a joint statement on the progress of the EU-UK Agreement in respect of Gibraltar:
European Commission Executive Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič, Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares and UK Foreign Secretary David Cameron, together with the Chief Minister of Gibraltar Fabian Picardo met in Brussels on Friday 12 April.
The Voice of Gibraltar Group says it notes the “recent unacceptable activities of the Spanish authorities” adding that it was expecting something to happen this month following on from the comments of the PP government “which show they continue to hope to use Gibraltar as a distraction from their failures.”

The Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office has condemned yesterday's incident involving Spanish Guardia Civil vessels once again entering British Gibraltar Territorial Waters, which he says is a clear violation of the international law of the sea.
