Jerai, who’d earlier competed in the 100m heats on Sunday, produced a 2nd season’s best as he recorded 22:55.

Week two of the teen’s sports night saw just under 30 teenagers taking part in a wide array of sporting activities. It was a great night with coaches, leaders and young people all joining in together to have a go at lots of different sports, the music in the background only added to the relaxed feel of the recreation evening.
