European Commission Executive Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič, Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation José Manuel Albares and UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy, together with the Chief Minister of Gibraltar Fabian Picardo, met in Brussels earlier today.
Following yesterday’s update on the rock fall at Devil’s Tower Road the Government is now reminding members of the public that the section of Devil’s Tower Road directly adjacent to the rock fall site will remain closed until the fence is completed.

On Monday 19 March, Air Terminal staff will carry out a Training Exercise to practice their response to an incident in which an aircraft will have a minor fire on landing. A major aim of the exercise is to familiarise relevant staff with passenger evacuation procedures with a further aim being to allow departments and agencies an opportunity to review and update their procedures in dealing with an immobilised aircraft.
