The individuals were each presented with their certificates at the reception, which was also attended by members of the Gibraltar Hearing Impaired and Tinnitus Association and Minister for Equality Samantha Sacramento. At the event, His Worship insisted that it was important for him to recognise the very important role that the association has played for those members of the community that are deaf or hard of hearing.
