European Commission Executive Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič, Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation José Manuel Albares and UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy, together with the Chief Minister of Gibraltar Fabian Picardo, met in Brussels earlier today.
FCO Director-General, Economic and Consular Sir Julian King is currently visiting Gibraltar. He is set take part in a range of political meetings, as well as a trip on British Gibraltar Territorial Waters with the Royal Navy to learn about the valuable work that they continue to do to protect the UK’s sovereignty.

A contract has been placed for a new sewage treatment plant. The tender was awarded to Northumbrian Services Limited and Modern Water Services Limited as a joint venture.
