The Minister with responsibility for the South District Constituency, John Cortes, hosted the first of a series of ’Town Hall’ type constituency meeting on Friday afternoon at the Central Hall. The meeting was an opportunity for the Minister and officials to listen to concerns and suggestions from residents of the area, and to discuss matters of interest to constituents.
Nigel Feetham, Minister for Justice, Trade and Industry recently visited Bank J. Safra Sarasin after an invitation from the private bank. Minister Feetham was greeted by the senior management team and held a fruitful discussion around private banking trends and various Government initiatives targeting the financial sectors, which have been well received and supported by the private bank. The visit also provided an opportunity for Minister Feetham to meet and engage the bank’s staff members on a one-to-one basis.
The Deputy Chief Minister Dr Joseph Garcia, had a virtual meeting today with UK Minister for Europe Leo Docherty.
