Gibraltar’s representation at the Labour Party Conference continued yesterday evening with the Gibraltar Reception hosted by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and featuring a keynote speech by the UK Minister for Europe and the Overseas Territories Stephen Doughty MP.
EY has launched a photographic competition that invites participants to capture initiatives, large and small, that can make a difference to Gibraltar’s carbon footprint. The competition will take place between the 18th and 30th of October.

The Government says that Professor Burke had health issues until shortly before his retirement in July 2021 and that, as a result, he was not up to date with progress on various fronts. His concerns were “based on his assumption that nothing was being done when in fact the opposite is true.”
