The Government says it has proceeded to cancel all large events between now and September planned for Government premises. The only events that will for the moment proceed with will be smaller, seated, ticketed events, and only with patrons being double vaccinated and having had a negative COVID test within the previous 24 hours.
The GSD says the EU Mandate to open negotiations for a Treaty on a Future Relationship with the EU “does not provide a basis for a future safe and beneficial agreement for Gibraltar “.
Hassans International Law Firm has today announced the formal establishment of a Working Group on Medicinal Cannabis, coinciding with the formal announcement by Gibraltar’s Minister for Public Health, the Hon Dr John Cortes, of the imminent publication of a Bill for an Act to make provision for the regulation of the production, import, export, marketing and supply of cannabis for medicinal purposes and for connected purposes.
