The full text of Housing, Traffic and Technical Services Minister Paul Balban’s party political broadcast, shown on GBC yesterday evening, is as follows:
An immaculately executed 21 Gun Salute was fired today by Headquarter Company (Thompson’s Battery) of the Royal Gibraltar Regiment to mark the 66th birthday of His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales.
Following a serious assault, dating back to 1992 in the area of La Linea, British national Dean Dixon, aged 57 years, was arrested in Gibraltar by the RGP in 2006 pursuant to a European Arrest Warrant issued by the Spanish Authorities.
The GSD says it would like to congratulate GBC and Jonathan Scott on what it says was “an excellent Viewpoint debate” last night on the new marine regulations. The GSD says it was an “informative debate with very well informed participants.”
