Gibraltar’s representation at the Labour Party Conference continued yesterday evening with the Gibraltar Reception hosted by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and featuring a keynote speech by the UK Minister for Europe and the Overseas Territories Stephen Doughty MP.
The Gibraltar Socialist Labour Party held a its forty-first annual conference on Monday at the John Macintosh Hall. The meeting this year had been delayed by the availability of the Hall which had undergone refurbishment in the spring months.
A Supreme Court trial has come to an end after the jury delivered a unanimous verdict of not guilty for two men facing charges of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
