The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
As a result of meetings between the Deputy Chief Minister and retired teachers Ivan Navas and Albert Danino, has set up a visit to the EU institutions in Brussels for a group of fourteen Year 13 students of Bayside, Westside and the College.
An essay competition was organized and the winners selected to make the trip. While in Brussels, the students will visit the European Commission building and the Council of the European Union.

Royal Gibraltar Regiment soldier, LCpl Nicolas Mauro, won the top prize of £10,000 in the British Army Sport Lottery this week.
LCpl Mauro explained that he had been playing the Army Sports Lottery for around five years now and I only really decided to join because one of our Sergeants had a win.
