Gibraltar’s representation at the Labour Party Conference continued yesterday evening with the Gibraltar Reception hosted by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and featuring a keynote speech by the UK Minister for Europe and the Overseas Territories Stephen Doughty MP.
St Bernard’s Lower Primary School celebrated the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in style with a variety of planned events and activities that were built into the curriculum in order to provide valuable learning opportunities as well as celebrating this historic event.
The Government has this evening said that tomorrow, the people of Gibraltar “will get a unique opportunity to express their unwavering loyalty” to Her Majesty the Queen by welcoming The Earl and Countess of Wessex to the Rock.
