Gibraltar’s representation at the Labour Party Conference continued yesterday evening with the Gibraltar Reception hosted by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and featuring a keynote speech by the UK Minister for Europe and the Overseas Territories Stephen Doughty MP.
Gibraltar Cultural Services, on behalf of the Ministry of Culture, has announced the nominees for the 2022 Cultural Awards. The Awards celebrate the best of Gibraltar’s arts and culture and aim to recognise potential, ability, talent, and achievements throughout Gibraltar’s cultural community.
The Royal Gibraltar Regiment has welcomed Major John Pitto MBE back as Battalion Second in Command after a two year stint away from the Regiment posted to British Forces Gibraltar (BF Gib), where he was employed as the Operations and Plans officer.
