Commander British Forces, Commodore Ian McGhie visited Europa Pool and met some of the children who took part in the MOD’s Summer Activities Programme at their end of programme BBQ.
The Government this afternoon compiled a response to the announcement of the OLAF report on tobacco smuggling, claiming that the issues identified by the EU’s Anti Fraud Office are welcomed.
Following claims by Spanish news outlet ‘El Pais’ that Spain’s High Court is to investigate tobacco smuggling and money due to the recommendation of European Anti-Fraud Office OLAF, the department has confirmed that they did in fact complete an investigation in the South of Spain covering the issues that surround tobacco smuggling in the area, including organized crime.
