European Commission Executive Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič, Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation José Manuel Albares and UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy, together with the Chief Minister of Gibraltar Fabian Picardo, met in Brussels earlier today.
EY has launched a photographic competition that invites participants to capture initiatives, large and small, that can make a difference to Gibraltar’s carbon footprint. The competition will take place between the 18th and 30th of October.

Professor Burke has withdrawn his complaints and allegations regarding harm and preventable deaths at the GHA. The Government says that Professor Burke had health issues until shortly before his retirement in July 2021 and that, as a result, he was not up to date with progress on various fronts. His concerns were “based on his assumption that nothing was being done when in fact the opposite is true.”
