European Commission Executive Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič, Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation José Manuel Albares and UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy, together with the Chief Minister of Gibraltar Fabian Picardo, met in Brussels earlier today.
The GSD says that the Government’s response to concerns regarding the class of travel of Ministers and MPs “admits that it failed to address” the matter of CPA travel costs under the Parliamentary budget for which the Chief Minister is responsible. The GSD also describes the response as “full of outright lies and half-truths.”
Organisers of this year’s Clean up the World are pleased to confirm widespread support from the community for this Saturday’s awareness raising action. Schools, Clubs, Agencies, NGOs, businesses, families and the Gibraltar Regiment will make up the over 500 volunteers registered.
