Gibraltar’s representation at the Labour Party Conference continued yesterday evening with the Gibraltar Reception hosted by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and featuring a keynote speech by the UK Minister for Europe and the Overseas Territories Stephen Doughty MP.
The Ars Liricae lyric ensemble offered an enjoyable performance of traditional songs from Aragon and a selection of zarzuela pieces last night at the Gibraltar branch of the Instituto Cervantes.

Service users from St Bernadette’s Resource Centre and Waterport Day Centre, along with residents of Mount Alvernia, have been working hard over the past few months learning new skills with which to prepare a wide selection of arts and crafts for a stall at this year’s Convent Christmas Fair.
