Gibraltar’s representation at the Labour Party Conference continued yesterday evening with the Gibraltar Reception hosted by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and featuring a keynote speech by the UK Minister for Europe and the Overseas Territories Stephen Doughty MP.
The Department of Education in collaboration with the Gibraltar Academy of Music and Performing Arts is pleased to announce the launch of the Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Music Performance. The BTEC in Music Performance is for post-16 learners who want to continue their education through applied learning in practical musicianship. The qualification has been developed to ensure that it supports progression to higher education.
The Commissioner of Police and his Command Team have officially commended the work of every RGP officer and every member of the civilian support staff for all their work during the Covid-19 pandemic. Today, each person received their personal Commendation Certificate as they arrived for work.
The ‘Our Gibraltar’ annual Competition is currently being held at the Fine Arts Gallery. The event is produced by Gibraltar Cultural Services, on behalf of the Self Determination for Gibraltar Group (SDGG), and in association with the Fine Arts Association and the Gibraltar Photographic Society.
