Mar 14 - Zarzuela Stars Return for Gibraltar Spring Festival
In collaboration with the Ministry for Culture, Santos Production has announced the return of the Teatro Lirico Andaluz, to Gibraltar, for a set of performances during the Spring Festival.
The Teatro Lirico Andaluz will stage their production of the famous and very popular ‘Doña Francisquita’. Boasting a stellar cast and a 24 piece orchestra, artists including Ruth Terán and Luis Pacetti are set to play characters Francisquita and Fernando.
The Government has claimed that it does not understand the continuous ‘nit picking approach of the Opposition’ in relation to the Gibraltar Savings Bank. They insist that the GSD does not know what they are talking about.

Regarding the Chief Minister and Dr. Cortes’ recent visit to Washington, where they attended a number of inaugural events for the newly re-elected President. The GSD notes that among these events, Mr. Picardo and Dr. Cortes, along with their respective spouses attended the Candlelight dinner, which is an evening held for those who supported the election campaign, as well as benefactors and donors.
