The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
On Saturday 29th June Gibraltar is celebrating Armed Forces Day with a parade though the centre of town.
As a result, a number of parking restrictions, road closures and traffic diversions are being put in place by RGP officers, to allow the parade to take place safely.
Yesterday morning, at approximately 10:30 AM, HM Customs (HMC) received a report from a local vessel alleging that a Guardia Civil vessel had entered British Gibraltar Territorial Waters (BGTW) on the eastern side. The Guardia Civil vessel attempted to board the local vessel.
