European Commission Executive Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič, Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation José Manuel Albares and UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy, together with the Chief Minister of Gibraltar Fabian Picardo, met in Brussels earlier today.
As part of the Royal Marines 350th Anniversary celebrations a number of Royal Marines are taking part in the ‘1664 Challenge’. The Challenge aims to raise £500,000 for the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund.
Responding to recent comments made by the Government on the former GSD administration’s decision o build a diesel fuelled power station, the Opposition has insisted that ‘It is absurd hyperbole to suggest that the GSD Government would use out of date technology to build a power station that was to cost the taxpayer £120 million.’
