A local man has been arrested after Class A drugs with a street value of around £4,488 were seized by the RGP’s Drug Squad yesterday.
Disability Society Says New People Apology Is “Watered Down” By Political Agenda
The Gibraltar Disability Society says it “cautiously welcomes” the “unreserved apology” by the Editor of the New People for its use of a word offensive to persons with disabilities and their families. The apology came shortly after the publication of press releases by the Disability Society and others expressing its outrage and calling for a public apology.
Change to self-isolation policy for positive cases of COVID-19
The Government, on the advice of the Director of Public Health, has reduced the requirement for individuals who test positive for COVID-19 to self-isolate to 7 days starting from the day of the original positive PCR test, with specific conditions attached. This will come into effect tomorrow Saturday 15th January.
