The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”
A Thirty-year old Spanish national has been arrested and charged with burglary following a break in at The Landings, a restaurant at Queensway Quay. The break-in allegedly took place on the 3rd of July 2013.
Officers of an Area Response Team arrested Sergio MUNIZ GARRIDO of La Linea, Spain, born on the 24/04/83, shortly after the report of the burglary was received.
